Paul Hannaford - Director
Paul is an Executive Director of the Ellington Savage Group - our parent company - and also leads the EScalibre practice. Paul is a seasoned recruitment business leader with more than 25 years in the profession. He concentrates on the more senior and complex assignments for clients across a range of industries. Prior to moving into recruitment, Paul served ten years in the finance sector, latterly in human resources.
Katie Hislop
With a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education and a background in secondary teaching, Katie’s recruitment career commenced in 1997 with Morgan & Banks / TMP, where she focused on recruiting Human Resources practitioners. Joining Escalibre in 2007, Katie is responsible for ensuring that we maintain the highest professional standards in relation to client and candidate care. She manages our communications programmes and ensures we understand the current status and needs of candidates. Katie also adds depth and rigour to our client relationship teams and reflects our commitment to the partnership model that underpins everything we do.
Darlene Jeffs
Darlene focuses on recruiting marketing, communication and product specialist in the Financial Services, Professional, Commercial and Media sectors. Before joining EScalibre in 2007, Darlene served 10 years in the Marketing arena within the Financial Services industry, working for large corporations including AMP, Citibank and MetLife. She has a background in a variety of roles ranging from marketing communications and brand & sponsorship management to product marketing and campaign management.
Sarah Craddock
Before joining EScalibre, Sarah accumulated over 15 years in human resources disciplines. As an executive recruiter, her experience spans industry sectors including luxury and consumer goods, construction & engineering, FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality as well as various industry/governing bodies. Sarah also brings expertise and insights as a senior HR professional, with a highlight being her time with Moët Hennessy. In combination, Sarah brings a very relevant skill set to the advice offered to clients. Sarah’s assignment portfolio reflects the breadth of her background, though she most frequently recruits for operations, marketing and human resources roles.
